Can I return or cancel my wallpaper order?
Since most wallpapers are custom printed according to the wall dimensions provided by the customer, orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

No Refund Policy
All orders placed with Design by Metamorph are non-refundable, as each wallpaper is made specifically for your wall size and customization requirements.

What if my wallpaper arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. Our team will review the issue and assist with a replacement if the damage occurred during transit or due to a manufacturing defect.

In which situations are we not responsible for replacements ?

We may not be able to offer replacements in the following cases:

• Incorrect wall measurements provided by the customer
• Damage caused during installation by an external installer
• Improper wall preparation or unsuitable wall surfaces
• Damage caused after installation
• Slight color variations due to screen settings, lighting, or printing batches
• Installation after the wallpaper panels have already been cut or altered

We strongly recommend checking all wallpaper panels carefully before installation. Once the wallpaper has been installed, claims related to product defects cannot be accepted.
