Welcome to Design by Metamorph. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Nature

Design by Metamorph specializes in custom-designed and made-to-order wallpapers and design solutions. Since our products are custom manufactured specifically for each client, variations in color, scale, and texture may occur.

2. Measurements & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements when placing an order.

Measurements can be filled in the space provided on the product page. Based on the measurements entered, the area and final costing will be calculated automatically.

If you are unsure about measurements, we recommend contacting us directly before placing the order.

Design by Metamorph is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Design Approval

For customized designs or modifications, digital previews may be shared for approval.

Production will begin only after final design approval and receipt of full payment.

Once approved, no further changes can be made to the design.

4. Payments

All orders must be placed with 100% advance payment.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders will only be processed once the full payment has been successfully received.

5. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or message.

Please review the order details carefully and notify us immediately if any corrections are required.

6. Production & Delivery

All wallpapers are made to order, and production timelines may vary depending on the design and order volume.

Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to logistical factors.

7. Installation

Design by Metamorph does not undertake installation unless specifically mentioned.

We recommend that wallpaper installation be carried out by experienced professionals to ensure the best results.

8. Color Variation

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
Such minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

9. No Returns or Refunds

As all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been placed and production has begun.

10. Damage During Transit

If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and product.

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, and visual content created by Design by Metamorph remain the intellectual property of the brand.

Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
