Order Confirmation

All wallpapers are custom printed based on the measurements and customization details provided by the customer. Orders are confirmed only after 100% payment is received.

Payment Policy

• Full advance payment is required to process all wallpaper orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom wallpaper orders.

Production Timeline

Since each wallpaper is printed specifically for your order, the production time is typically 7–14 working days, depending on the design and customization requirements.

Shipping

Once production is completed, the wallpaper will be carefully packed and shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

Measurement Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully check and confirm wall measurements before placing the order. Design by Metamorph is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Inspection Before Installation

Please inspect all wallpaper panels upon delivery and before installation. If there are any concerns regarding the product, kindly notify us immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Since all wallpapers are custom-made products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that the wallpaper arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. Our team will review the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.
